1) The size of our groups is limited. Please contact us first via email to confirm that there are still open spaces on the bicycle tour you have chosen.

2) Fill out the registration for the selected tour on our website (one form for each person).

3) Pay your deposit by check, bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.

4) As soon as we receive your registration deposit, we will email you a confirmation with some more details regarding your trip.

We accept payments in USD AUD. You can pay by check, money order, bank transfer or credit card (VISA or Master Card) via PayPal.

A $300 deposit per person is required with each registration. A second installment of the trip payment of $300 is due 4 months prior to the trip start date. 

The final balance is due 2 months prior to the trip start date.

Should you not make the appropriate payments on time, it would be considered a cancellation.

We accept payment by bank transfer, check (in USD or AUD), money order, or credit card (VISA or Master Card)*.

Tour cancellations must be received in writing (by email) the date of cancellation will be the date of receipt of the written communication.

Cancellations received at least 121 days prior to trip start date: All payments will be refunded less a $90 administrative fee per person. Cancellations received 120-61 days from the trip start date: The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations received less than 61 days from the trip start date: No refunds are possible after this point unless agreed otherwise beeh.

In the unfortunate situation that you need to cancel your bike trip, we always try our best to find a replacement you. At no time, however, can we guarantee that we will be able to fill a cancelled spot.

In the unlikely event that Best European Bike Tours is ced to cancel a bike tour, we will notify you at least 61 days from the scheduled trip start date all trip related payments will be refunded in full. Refunds constitute full settlement in the event of a cancellation of any tour; Best European Bike Tours is not responsible any airfare cost, or any other expenses incurred due to a change in itinerary or a bicycle tour cancellation. No refunds or discounts can be granted arriving late or leaving a tour prior to its conclusion without prior agreement.

Unexpected things do happen from time to time, your travel investment should be protected!! We strongly advise you to purchase Travel Insurance to safeguard any uneseeable trip related expenses, such as a trip cancellation, flight interruption delay, injuries, emergency medical treatment, lost or stolen luggage.

Best European Bike Tours does not recommend any particular insurance company or policy, you should inquire carefully about your coverage conditions, particularly making sure all possible Covid-related expenses are covered. Best European Bike Tours is not responsible any of such incurred expenses.

*Additional 3% surcharge of the total price applies when paying by credit card.

IN CONSIDERATION allowing my participation in a Best European Bike Tours tour, I hereby waive, release discharge ever, Best European Bike Tours, LLC, its officers, directors, agents, employees, trip leaders volunteers (collectively “Best European Bike Tours”) from against any all liability including, but not limited to: any injury, death, illness, property damage or loss occurring while participating in a Best European Bike Tours tour or in travel to from the tour.

I also agree not to sue or file claims of whatever nature against Best European Bike Tours any or all damages, personal property losses, injuries or claims which I may sustain as the result of the negligence or other acts, however caused, by myself or Best European Bike Tours during my participation in Best European Bike Tours tours /or activities.

I underst agree that this Waiver Release shall be binding upon me personally, all members of my family, my their heirs, successors, assigns, legal personal representatives.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND PARTICIPANT/ CYCLIST RESPONSIBILITIES

I realize that bicycling is a potentially hazardous activity that the tour routes require bicycling on public roadways- paved unpaved of varying condition, trails-public secluded- of varying conditions, in bad weather, that cyclists have been hospitalized or died because of mishaps-traffic or other- that are either their responsibility or others’ responsibility. I am voluntarily participating in this tour with the knowledge of the numerous risks dangers involved including but not limited to: negligence in any manner on the part of Best European Bike Tours, including, without limitation, negligence in the conduct or arrangement of the trip in any respect from inception to completion; collision with pedestrians, vehicles, other cyclists, /or fixed or moving objects; the negligence of other cyclists /or Best European Bike Tours ride leaders, volunteers or drivers; dangers arising from falls; poor road trail surfaces; dangers from road irregularities including but not limited to potholes, road grooves, railroad crossings, slippery metal wooden bridges; hazardous traffic patterns; exposure to risks while engaged in other voluntary activities related to the tour including but not limited to swimming, kayaking, walking to various destinations; breakdown or failure of bicycles-owned or rented- or other equipment; negligence in the maintenance operation of any van or other motor vehicle used to transport passengers; transportation failures whether by train, auto, van or bus, boat, by foot or any other conveyance; hazards of consumption of alcoholic beverages; risks associated with consuming food or water; criminal activity; dangers associated with animals; risk of accident or illness without access to rapid emergency medical services supplies; the adequacy of medical attention once provided; risk of stolen, lost or misplaced luggage or property- including bicycle. I hereby agree to be responsible my own welfare accept any all risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death. While Best European Bike Tours may provide me with geographical directions during bicycle rides, they do not make, expressly disclaim any representations or warranties with respect to the condition or safety of the roads/trails on which I bicycle or walk, I am responsible observing such road or trail conditions determining whether I am able to ride my bicycle /or walk in light of such conditions. I agree that I will use good judgment, be self-reliant discontinue further participation in the bike tour if at any time I believe conditions to be unsafe. In extreme situations, I underst agree not to wait assistance exclusive to the support provided by Best European Bike Tours. In the event of any injury or accident, I agree to notify the event leader, consent to permit emergency medical treatment. I realize that touring requires physical conditioning, attest that I am physically fit have sufficiently trained the completion of the Best European Bike Tours tour entered, or will be subject to early termination at Best European Bike Tours’ discretion if I am unable to cycle at the stard of the tour. I agree to wear an ANSI or Snell approved helmet at all times when riding a bicycle during the tour. I agree to provide my own insurance coverage (travel, emergency medical, health, accident, theft, etc.) while participating in a Best European Bike Tours Tour, ensuring that such insurance covers my activities the duration of the registered tour, that it is valid in the countries where the tour is conducted. I underst Best European Bike Tours reserves the right to remove any person it judges as unwilling to ride in a safe manner or who it determines to detract from the enjoyment of the trip by others. Best European Bike Tours reserves the right to make route, lodging trip modifications or cancel events. I further underst that I will not be reimbursed airline fees or other expenses incurred due to trip modifications, changes in itinerary or event cancellation. I give permission to Best European Bike Tours to use my name, photographs, evaluations or any other record of my participation in Best European Bike Tours tours any promotional purposes, without fee, obligation or liability to me. I agree not to use any of Best European Bike Tours’ cycling routes, cue sheets or other trip materials purposes of organizing any tour or event.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE CONTENTS AND LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS OF THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND WITHOUT INDUCEMENT OR ASSURANCE OF ANY NATURE. I AGREE THAT THIS IS A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW AND AGREE THAT IF ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS HELD TO BE INVALID, THE BALANCE, NOTWITHSTANDING, SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. THIS AGREEMENT MAY NOT BE MODIFIED ORALLY AND MAY NOT BE WAIVED IN ANY RESPECT.
